Any senior session that ends by one of the many MN lakes will always be a favorite of mine! Egan’s session was no exception!
Having grown up on a Central MN lake, there’s just something about being back by the water that brings me right back to my childhood. Although I was never a talented wake surfer like Egan, I spent plenty of time being thrown around behind the boat tubing and knee boarding. So many memories. So much time spent on that water. So when a senior tells me that photos by the lake are important to them, I know it’s more than just documenting them doing their ‘thing’ behind the boat. That lake is part of who they are. It’s that special place where all those memories were made and a plenty of fun has been had!
